I ordered one mobile Rs 12800/-from WoooDeals online through net banking on 20/10/14
On 4/11/14 they gave me one tracking number of Firstflight courier .After 10 days when I did not receive it I contacted the regional office of Firstflight they told that there is no booking against the tracking number. I contacted the wooodeals person and they gave me one FedEx courier tracking number. But same story no booking against the number
10 days back I could talk for the last time with the WoooDeals person . he told that my mobile is in kolkata. One person will come to Jorhat and will hand over the mobile . After that day he is not picking up the mobile, not responding to email.
They blocked my Facebook account also. Their Facebook page is full of same stories.
Kindly help me to get back my hard earned money.I can not go to Delhi to find out whether their office exist or not.
