Complaint Details
I have purchased a flat of 71.62sq mt =771 sq ft=but the sanction plan is of 55.94sq mt=602sq.ft ie 169sq ft is not sanction by competent authority [2]the internal walls &cellings are gypsum plastered as per agreement there shouid be gypsum finished what is difference between plaster& finishing [3] the possession of the flat was to be h/o on may 2012 but the flat was h/o on 07 july/2012 [4]the lift was installed on 17/july 2012 A Legal notice was sent to the builder but the reply was not satisfactory [5] there is water leakage during rainy season
