Complaint Details
A PHONE PURCHASED OF MICROMAX ON 28.6.2014 from lucknow of IMEI NO. Model no A121 IMEI NO. 911367150833557 AND 911367150933555 after using it 3 to 4 months it starts showing problem of automatic switch off i have submitted it to its customer care centre at sharanpur 0n 30.10.2014 via job sheet no n040597101413010319 and i got it back on 31.10.2014 the care person said it is ok now but after using it for few hours it starts showing same problem again on 2.11.2014 i submitted it agian to same care center at sharanpur via job sheet no. N040597111413103965 and after waited for a month i got my phone back on 1.12.2014 by the centre they said it is ok now we have repaired the damaged part and problem area but after using it for 2 days it starts the same problem agian on 6.12.2014 i resubmited the phone to saharanpur care vai job sheet no. N040597121413793138 but no reply has been given from the comapny till date over the issue i ahve sent them a mail also on their customer care mail address but no reply or action has been taken by thier side for your kind reference i am attaching scanned copy of bill purchase and job sheets.Request you to solve my problem as i am mentally and physically harrased by the company
