i had booked with godrej property 3 years back , after one year i received mail saying construction could not stated and either we shift yr flat or pay you 12% interest on booking or you continue in same building. i chose to continue. two more years has passed and no intimation from company so i demanded cancellation and my booking money back also 12% interest on 19nov 2014. after lots of follow up and email i got mail 0n 17 dec saying they will deduct 2% if allotment letter is not issued or deduct 20% if allotement letter is issued. since allotement letter is not issued to me i assume they will deduct 2%. no responsible person is coming forward and addressing my demand for interest on booking amount and no deduction from my booking amount as it is their fault that they didnot started construction on time. i am feeling very helpless as i never expected this kind of treatement from godrej group. all email conversation will be made available on request.
