Complaint Details
I am writing about a frustrating experience that I have faced since 2012 on multiple products with Eureka Forbes.
1. About two months ago I tried to raise a service request for my Euro Detox air purifier product via chat on the company website. I was asked to call a helpline number. I subsequently raised a service request on this helpline. I was told someone will contact me. But not one contacted me for over two weeks.
2. I then went to the website and raised a new service request. The request number is 0079346630. However I got no response for weeks.
3. I then escalated the service request to Customer Care Executive Ms. Anu Kotian on the company website. I got no response.
4. I then escalated the service request to Head of Customer Care, Ms. Vinath Hegde. I got no response.
5. I then tried to bring the issue to the notice of Ombudsman, Ms. Asha Idnani, at +91 22 3044 9768, as listed on the company website. They deliberately either don't pick up the call or just disconnect the line. I called several times, but experienced the same.
Once again I am listing the details:

Please make them respond to my calls/ticket.
