Complaint Details
Mobikwik offers an e-Wallet service through which they allow us to perform Online Shopping.
I placed an order on 3rd December 2104 but due to a mistake, I had to cancel it on the same day.
eBay said my money will be refunded to Mobikwik e-Wallet within 3-4 Working days. After 4 working days, when there was no refund, I tried contacting both eBay and Mobikwik.
eBay says that they have initiated the refund on 4th December 2014, while Mobikwik says that they do not have any such information regarding my order. So I asked them to contact each other as there is a problem in their system, but each of their respective customer care representatives are asking me to contact the other company's Customer Care, despite me repeatedly telling them that I have spoken to them about it.
I should have received my refund by now. I even told them that I will be resorting to legal action, if they do not take action on this, but there hasn't been any action till now.
