Complaint Details
This is fourth time I'm facing same kind of issue with Micromax & Poorvika. I'm really frustrated with the type of service & responses provided by Poorvika on my each complaint visit in showroom.

I bought Micromax A300 Canvas Gold (Color - Gold with Black)mobile from Poorvika Mobile World, West Mambalam in the month July 2014 for Rs. 20,000. Since the time I purchased this mobile I had lot of issues (No Battery Standby, Overheating, WI-FI Problem, Pre-loaded software not getting updated in Google Play) and the same has been communicated to the showroom Manager (Yuvaraj) then & there but he suggested me to use for some more time and if the problem exists we can give it to Service Center for repair.

These are the approx dates of my each visit to Poorvika showroom for this problem

1. 29-Oct-2014 - Logged the complaint with Poorvika Showroom with all the above mentioned complaints
Solution by Poorvika - Software update done and given back to me saying all issues resolved on 04-Nov-2014

2. 10-Nov-2014 - Same problem repeated and logged the complaint again in Poorvika
Solution by Poorvika - Board replaced and they provided me with different someone else phone color (White with Gold) & Poorvika staff claimed saying this was the phone which was given by me while making the complaint, I refused to take and ask for my black color on 20-Nov-2014

Received a call from Poorvika on 22-Nov-2014 saying Phone is ready (Gold with Black color)

3. 29-Nov-2014 - Again problem repeated on the phone, this time with lot of issues (Weird dot on display screen, Network connectivity issues, scratches on panels, etc) & previous problems still existed with the phone. Complaint raised again and product was sent back to Poorvika Service center.

After so many followups, conversations, calls, personal visits to showroom, finally Micromax provides his approval for full product replacement and the same was been communicated to me on 05-Dec-2014 with Product Delivery date on or before 19-Dec-2014.

I requested the service center to expedite this at the earliest as I have my travel on 18-Dec-2014 & will be back to India after a month's time and I cannot wait further more on this issue and this has to get resolved before 18-Dec-2014.

On 17-Dec-2014, I had a conversation with Poorvika Service Head (Hepzi) and she committed that she will close this issue by 18-Dec-2014, but 18-Dec-2014 when I try to reach her over the phone to get the status she refused to take my calls.

On the same day (18-Dec-2014) around 5 PM I have received a call from Poorvika showroom saying A300 Canvas Gold is out of stock and was i ready to take the A315 Canvas 4 Plus mobile as replacement, i agreed and I confirmed for A315 Canvas 4 Plus mobile . Later around 8 PM I personally visited the showroom to get the replacement phone A315 Canvas 4 Plus. Showroom executive informed me to wait for 10 mins as the Manager went to pick up the product from Head office. I waited at showroom for more than 1 hour 30 mins and finally I got a call from showroom Manager saying A315 stock is not available and they have the New phone A300 Canvas Gold available in head office and seeking my permission to take up the product for that also I agreed. (I don't understand how could all of a sudden a new A300 Canvas Gold came into picture again that also without box packing). For One more thing Yuvaraj again seeking my permission saying the new A300 Canvas Gold which would be provided will be of White color, that made me think whether the phone may be same which was i given to me earlier on 10th November'14. But Yuvaraj claimed this is a new phone.

I don't understand how MICROMAX would send a new phone without a box packing?

At last Yuvaraj reached the showroom at 9.45 PM and gave me the A300 Canvas Gold with White phone saying this is the New Phone. Receiving the phone i once again confirmed with Yuvaraj whether it's a new phone. He replied yes and also confirmed me if still any problem persist i can replace the phone with entire box pack. After reaching home when I checked the phone again, it had some damages then immediately I called the showroom manager and informed that the phone was used one and not new product. Also checked the phone thoroughly and found that the data of person who has used the phone previously.
Attached herewith the screenshot of whats-app messages, Facebook messenger, Gmail Inbox, Hangouts, Mobile messages, Contacts & Few photos found in the mobile.

How can a new phone come up with data of some one else?

I'm really frustrated & pissed off now with the type of services and false commitment provided by Poorvika showroom & Head office executives saying this was the new replacement phone. I do not know what they are trying to show here after these several incidents.
I can't still understand what is their intention, whether to get rid of the problem temporarily only or just trying to make customers fool.

Now I'm helpless and I need someone from Poorvika top management or Micromax Top Management has to provide some sort solution to fix this issues or process the refund of entire Rs. 20000 to me.

This clearly shows that Poorvika is cheating the customers by making false commitments & nasty services.

Please do let me know if you need any further information regarding this. Really need some kind of solution here.
