Complaint Details
I had bought a groupon coupon of Rs. 1798 for a dinner for two at Raddison , Dwarka.
The email id which i had submitted for registration & the password were showing invalid although i had received the registration mail from them. On calling up the toll-free number, there was no response & the replies from them suggested to them that i not bought any coupon. But the debit from my citibank account shows the entry. Please help as i vow not to use their service again.
