Complaint Details
I've acer laptop which got some problem with hinge because of damage of some internal component. They refused to repair the laptop telling that the part is made of plastic and would not be covered. I told them that I'm liable for any damage only if the damage is not done from my side due to any mishandling etc. And how could I open the laptop and damage some part ?! They told me to send them images and I clicked the images and sent them and later approved my request. But later when I went to their support center then they refused to address my issue and plainly refused any service. Now they are telling me to pay the whole amount to repair the laptop which should be done free at the first place.
