Dear Sir/mam,

I have loged a complain of unauthorized Transaction of rs37775/- dated 01 july 2014
As the transaction done from my Credit card without authentication. I have not shared my card details or any other details with anyone else even I have not received any confirmation from HDFC Bank regarding the transactation initiated from my Card.  Trail mail regarding the complain lodge with HDFC bank is below.

But no satisfactory action taken by bank till date & even on pursuing regarding the details of the transaction only details of website told where purchase made no other details provided by them.
It seems that this transaction is initiated by HDFC internally that’s why they are not providing full details as even I have not received any SMS or telephonic Confirmation or mail regarding this transaction, it seems for the said transaction my details have been changed.
The site details provided by them is not accessible by us.

Request you to kindly interfere as same is hampering my Credit Worthiness as well as I am regularly receiving Calls from HDFC bank for Payment. But details not provide by them regarding Purchase even on asking several times.
