I have registered complaint regarding eureka forber water purifier model no ST2000 which is under AMC which is not working at all since october. Even after complaining them weekly twice still it has not resolved and also the technician have visited our place only twice since october. Every time i call them they just give me complaint no. and excuses but no one has taken step to resolve my problem. Due to which i am forced to get water can from outside with spending extra money. My complaint numbers are:

There are also other complain number which i have missed it.

I have amc for my machine whose validity is 31/07/2012 to 30/07/2015. During this period, the service which they have provided is only about 3-4 times only after requesting them repeatedly for months for service.

Please help me to resolve this complain asap.
