I am in receipt of statement dated 10-12-2014 and am surprised to observe that you have applied "Late Payment Fee" of Rs.500/- and Service Tax of Rs.61-80 on the same. This is inspite of me having paid off the entire due amount of Rs.9406-52 on 28-11-2014 itself through your online "Click to Pay" Web Portal.
I had lodged an online complaint through your website on 11-12-2014 and was expecting a reply from you within 48 hours, as stated on your website but had to call your Helpline just now today, to check about the fate of the "Late Payment Fee" and was told that they were unable to do anything in the matter and to send an email to you, which I am now doing, with the hope that this matter is taken up and resolved at the earliest.
I once again inform you that I have made full payment on 28-11-2014 itself through your "Click to Pay" site and that the charges applied to me are unjust and therefore request you to reverse them immediately.
