AKTABEN H PATEL - Policy 1611732825000434 Claim Rejected: 201140014101:[14701761]::[14703880]: Company rejected claim because of patient not admitted in hospital ..they tell me submit doctor declaration, , patient doesn't need to admit for treatment . i was also submitted those declaration .. now they reject claim directly... 2 year ago same patient same treatment company passed without any objection i had this policy since year 2010 but without any reason they just send me your claim rejected ... now when i tell him if you not passed claim then return my orginal documents, and bills .. but till date i was not received it ..
