Complaint Details
I have been contacted by ROYAL VALUE CARD LTD to offer personal loan & saying from bajaj finanace.
Offering 7% p.a of interest provided deposit 4 EMI as a mortgage amount & 0% interest provided 6 month EMI mortgage. much lower than current market rate.
Mortgage amount asked to credit AC- 50200006127940. ROYAL VALUE CARD LTD. HDFC bank. IFSC HDFC0000558. I have deposited 20,000 INR.
They gave me huge explanation & Also saying they are now NBFC and next 1 or 2 year they will apply for bank license. so for RBI guideline is one should have minimum 15000 customer within 2 year.

After I deposit money same person again called & said there will be a call from Royal value card you have say NO if they ask whether this money deposited for any loan, Say YES if ask you deposit this money to avail holiday travel pack.
Reason he given that if we don’t say like above there will be agent code on file & deduction of amount from loan.

Also I send some documents on email. Pan card, salary slip, bank account statement, photo, form 16.

They using different tactics to convince people to all over the country.
