Complaint Details
I placed an order for
Barbie Hairtastic Colour Wash Doll with order no. 3845069133 on Snapdeal dated 6.12.14. The delivery date promised was 11.12.14, but the product is yet to be delivered, neither it is getting cancelled. My money is stuck of INR 1,499 for 18 days now. I have made complaint via email and calls 3 times but to no avail. I need my money back and order to be cancelled.
