due to little touch problem in my mobile handset intex aqua y2 imei no:91138551148842

i have put in cervices at intex mobile cervice center at rajkot(gujarat) nr.kotecha chok
on 19/11/2014

they give me 20-25 day for it's repair
when i went for take my mobile back after 1 month , they try to cheat me


-first of all they try to give me onother haanset with same model
i found it's not my so i ask for by misteck you give onother phon plz give my phone
after 10 minuts there discussion thay again give me that different mobile

than without showing me any proof of my mobile phone they say to me

-your mobile has been close ,forget that mobile
- and now you can't get back,
-it's not posible to get mobile back
-you have to acept this another mobile,
-they are not ready to give any proof of mobile just,
say that you mobile has been close and we send it to our main office

while in jobsheet of mobile i sow n read mobile is , ok , repaired ,complete symbole

and it was very little touch problem in mobile , it can't be close ,
and without my permision they can't do mobile exchange of my new mobile with some other
