Complaint Details
I have purchased a mobile (Moto G 16 GB price - Rs.12000)on 09-08-2014. After 1 and half month there was a problem in speaker and i was not able to use the phone, i approached Motorola and they told me to get the phone repaired from the service center and i did so after 2 months again the speaker problem started and there is a display problem started and i am not able to use my phone. Again Motorola told me to get it repaired through their service center. Motorola people are not ready to except that the mobile is defective.

Why should i every month get my mobile repaired when i have paid a price for new product. and again i have submitted my mobile to their service center. I have requested Motorola to give me a new replacement for this defective product but after one week also they have not responded.

2. ZRV/MG/14/02117 DATED - 15-12-2014

I am feeling cheated by Motorola, as i am not able to use my phone after paying full price of product.
