Complaint Details
I had bought a 3 years AMC contract for my Infinity Eureka Forbes machine from the Euro Greeninput Enterprises, Eureka Forbes franchise on 15-Jun-2013.
Attached herewith the original receipt having hologram.
Unfortunately, I recently understood that I have been cheated. I came to know the same when there was no service visit in past 6 months. I inquired Eureka Forbes for the same and came to know that as per their system the contract ended on 14-Jun-2014 i.e. after 1 year.
What it means is that the franchise people did not use carbon paper while preparing the contract receipt. They showed 3 years in the original receipt that they gave to me whereas in the copy to be submitted to Eureka Forbes main office, they showed only 1 year.
I had paid the amount using a cheque, the amount equivalent to 3 years AMC at that time.
Kindly do the needful in punishing the cheaters and getting my contract in place for 3 years.
