Dear Sir/Madam,

I have Aqua guard at my home.
My service contract with Eureka had expired on Aug 2014.I got a call from one woman saying she is calling from Eureka Forbes
and my contract has expire and you have to renew it.So I told to come at home and do the needful.
One man came into my home and I signed the 1 year contract with the company.
I didn't checked the name in top of the receipt.
Today when I was going through some papers I realized that the contract for which I had signed was with Aqua Perfect and
not with Eureka Forbes.I tried to call on the numbers which were printed on the receipt but 2 out of 3 numbers were
not bloked and other number was just ringing.



THIS IS A CASE OF CHEATING BY THE ABOVE COMPANY BY TAKING Eureka Forbes product name.

I REQUEST YOU TO TAKE SOME ACTION AGAINST THE COMPANY called Aqua Perfect.
I AM SURPRISED HOW SHE CAME TO KNOW THAT MY CONTRACT IS EXPIRED AS I HAD NEVER DONE AMC FROM OUTSIDE EURKA FORBES.
