I bought MTS data card at my doorstep and got activited from 29/11/2014 .But subsequently not working from 06/12/2014 and given complaint to MTS ref:Dec/2636/06-12-2014. Their technian Mr.Vasanth verified my datacard at his laptop and informed me that my datacard model is a problem will be replace with a new one on 11/12/2014. I have running pillar to post but not one is responding and Mr.Vasanth has not even picking his mobile. Ispite of this i got an email for last month bill for Rs.636/-. I have sent my grievances to MTS customer care as well as Apellete MTS. but in vain. On 25/12/20204 i got a messge to my mobile that my above claim has been resolved.So again i contacted MTS customer care and one Ms.Anitha aswered my queires and told that the same will be taken to hierarchy and again given a new complaint no from 25/12/2014. Even the existing complaint has not resolved but has given new complaint code This shows MTS is not willing to resolve the complaint and this make me huge stress not only for me but for my entire family. My health got deteroited and taking medicine for the same. REquest you to take this to MTS and to get resolved.
