Hi all as so called Top Management,
I don’t know on what ground your company is running where everybody is behaving just like dump and blind and heartless including you all top management where you guys are not having capability to see ,understand and realize the pain of the customers who are giving their hard earn money by which you all are getting your salary.Since the activation of this connection at least 15 times I have called for the non connectivity of your connection and due the same I have got so much losses because I could not provide the data to my clients and for the same your good for nothing appellate officer (Mr.Nair ) did not pick my call multiple times even when I called continuously but he did had the courtesy to the pick the phone and somehow once he picked the phone 4-5 days back then he started to shout on me that he is busy in a meeting and with that tone he disconnected the call while I wanted to show him his appellate desk executive’s (Manu) behavior who was rude, arrogant and not ready to provide me the details of my account and this is not the first time when I have been misbehaved by your appellate desk executive and Mr Nair. It is happening since the activation of the connection.
I am marking this mail to TRAI, DOT, Consumer redresal forum,Telecommunication Ministry (Mr Ravi Shankar Prasad) and consulting to my lawyer for all the harassments which I am getting from last one year.
Clarify the below points –
· Why I was not provided the hierarchy of TIKONA once I asked the same from your appellate desk executive?
· I want all my complaint numbers, complaint date and number of days for which I was unable to get the services since the activation of the connection.
· What would be the value in term of the money for all the non connectivity days?
· How TIKONA will compensate all these days and the time and money of mine which I have wastage for calling to appellate desk and good for nothing appellate officer?
· When I have been harassed by appellate desk and appellate officer and did not want to talk to the same desk then why every time appellate desk was calling to me?
· Can any customer speak to the next level of appellate desk or not?
· If Yes... then why I was not connected previously with the same person?
· Does any appellate desk and appellate officer have the rights to insult and misbehave with the customer?
· If No...Then why it was done with me for which I have all the call recordings.
This time I can not tolerate and before sending you all a legal notice need above information point wise otherwise you all give me reply through RTI.
