I Devesh Shrivastav logged a complaint with Bajaj Electrical call center(022-41280000)on 20th Dec 14 for the repair of Bajaj Oil heater.Bajaj has outsourced its service and my complaint went to Shagun Electricals.Complaint No.6062951-1.Mohit Sharma came to repair on 21st dec and changed the thermostat and charged me Rs 670(Rs 420 + 250 visiting charge).The Heater only ran for 15 minutes and startd giving out smoke and a heavy burning smell.I tried calling Shagun electricals but could not get in touch.I again called Bajaj Call center on 22nd Dec 14 for the same with complaint no.6072869-1.I was told that the complaint will be rectified in 48 hours and since then its 26th today,5 days past i logged a second complaint i have no response from Bajaj Electricals and Shagun services.Help me out as they have charged me 670 rupee and the heater is worst than before and i am getting no response.
