Dear Sirs, I brought a 40 inches LED 3D TV from Samsung from Ganpati Plaza Vaishali Sector 4, on 29 December 2013. In November 2014 suddenly motherboard of TV has stopped working. I called customer care. An engineer came and Fixed the problem. While filling up clearance form he marked a dot over the TV. it is in micro millimeter. I again called customer care and informed the same and asked them to fix the same. They denied to fix it. Samsung is asking for money if I wish to fix the problem. I spoke to their Head of customer complaint even. The manager has also denied to fix the issue. I paid 69000 for Television. Please help. Thanks, Simmy Shukla
