Complaint Details
We bought a RO machine from Eureka Forbes on 24.8.2014. The machine stopped working on 23/12/2014 resulting in no availability of water in a household with 2 young children. Repeated phone calls to Eureka Forbes customer care center over the last three days, have only resulted in them promising to send someone, with no on turning up. The last complaint number filed was 0079576637. The excuse given seems to indicate that that the company is unclear on whether we fall in the Alwarpet or Mylapore office jurisdiction.
