Dear Concern,


With due respect this is to inform you as per complaint reference number - MMX1711141586. Its gone 4 months only i have bought Micromax mobile handset A93 and due to tower problem i have submitted my handset in service centre on 24th of October'14 and now its gone almost 2 months i have no updates or clear clarification that when would i will get my handset and on calling to customer care i am getting the same and unexpected answer "in process" which is really painful and from future onwards i would suggest my friends and family members not to use Micromax handset due to so much bad service, as compare to other company handset. I think i have bought the handset to submit it to service centre with no guarantee or assurance for when would i get the handset.
Please consider this mail as a feedback of the company status toward customers and also ensure when would i get my handset. please do contact me on my alternate number.
