Complaint Details
We visited these guys in month of October and we sat with one guy named Ahmed he gave us a quote after understanding our requirements. He asked for token money for the total order amount which was 10% of project value which came some 63,000 however I did not agree to that and paid them only 10K.

Now as we came to know that possession of flat has been delayed for 6 months, I requested them to return back the money. As this will be just money held with them for no reason and certainly the quote too will not be valid till then.

Just for note: on their quote they have one line mentioned that "Payments once accepted for the work would not be returned even if you cancel the order".

In our case neither there is any order in existence and neither any work has been done and above all they do not have signature on any of the documents.
I have 3 documents enclosed hereby:

1. 2 Quotations (This document has all company details name address etc,) and

2. Receipt from them for the payment which we did.
