In the last 50 days I have submitted this under warranty (purchased on 26.08.2014) handset to Panasonic service station THRICE. The same piece was returned after repair, but all the time same complaint of unstable Operating system, frequent restarts, frequent hangups continue. I have requested for 100% refund as the handset serves no purpose at all. The company (Panasonic) has a substandard product, very shoddy after sales service and the customer support team are never in a position to support.

every time the company returned the mobile handset after repairs claiming that the job is done, I have re-submitted the mobile within 24 hours for the same problem. Please help me in getting my money back.
