Dear Sir/Madam,
To be short, I wanted to disconnect Tikona internet services for net-speed issues. According to bill cycle, 26th Dec 2014 is the last date for internet usage as my connection is prepaid. I have stopped using tikona internet serviced on 25th Dec 2014 and raised a complaint to disconnect services. According to conversation happened with tikona people, They are planing to charge one more month saying company policy. How can I get ride of this issue?
