Complaint Details
ad taken the taken the country club membership at Bhandup (Mumbai) on 21st July 2013. I was promised below things:

1) The cost of membership was Rs. 65,000 for 10 years. I was told to pay extra Rs. 35,000 as one time maintenance for 10 years.
So I had paid Rs. 65000 + Rs. 35000 = Rs. 1,00,000 - for the membership as well as 10 years maintenance.
2) I was given the option to utilise the 10 weeks of holidays any time in the span of next 30 year.

The managers at the Bhandup Branch were Vikrant Manhas, Rupali and Rohit. They had come at 111:45 pm in the night to collect the payment cheque and given me very high assurances.


Now when I want to avail the holidays:
1) I am being denied the holidays..... WHY????
2) I have been asked to pay the yearly maintenance.... THIS IS NOT ACCEPTABLE
3) My holiday for the year 2014 has been lapsed... PLEASE MAKE ALL MY HOLIDAYS AVAILABLE

This is not acceptable from renowned name 'Country Club'.

Please fulfil the promises I was made, while taking the membership. If Country Club is unable to live up to the membership terms, then please refund the 100% membership amount,
I am very upset with the kind of response I am getting from the Country Club staff.

Looking forward to hear back from asap. I have attached the copy of the membership agreement.
