Complaint Details
I used centrum global visa services to obtain my father in law and mother in law's one month visa. As a online application, I made payment of 9900/- using my brother in law Mr. Milan Kachhia's credit card. But there was some error due to which transaction could not complete but amount was withdrawn from Mr. Milan Kachhia's credit card. I made second payment to process visa which was successful. But the first transaction amount of INR 9900/- has to be returned back by centrum global visa services. Despite many phone calls and emails, they are not responding and not taking any actions to return money. Refer attached mail communication.
