i booked international flight ticket on 01/12/14(PNR:NKSMP8) for Rs 43204. i requested for cancellation on 05/12/14.But they accept my request on 15/12/14. they said tat it will take 5 to 7 days to refund my amount. still now i didnt receive my refund . kindly requesting you to take necessary action.
