Complaint Details
I bought/ordered a short jacket and received a long jacket, I bought/ordered nickel/silver zippers and received bronze/brown zippers. They tell me it's my fault and that I should take it to a seamstress at my expense because they probably can't get it right. It is what they said, I’d be happy to share the emails.
