I had a tkt booked well in advance 30 days ago for tomorrow (03.01.2015) , PNR Number THBKZX , from Kolkata to Mumbai via Delhi , and due to some of your reasons it got connection's by your side , I called jet customer care - one of your executives Miss Krutika sharma received and gave me a fresh PNR after some 30 mintutes of discussions , PNR given by her QKCSTE , in 9W628 , direct kolkata to mumbai for 3rd jan , and assured me that i shall get the e mail in 4 hours , 7 hours passed i got no email , when i call the cutomer care again - after 15 minutes some lady Miss Rajbir picks up and i narrate her the story - she says me that my PNR is for 4th jan - not 3 rd Jan , and she says that she will have to hear to the recording of the conversation - i wait for 38 minutes on phone- she says u will have to speak to her senior Mr.Kartik - i wait for him and listen to your music and the line gets disconnected - i am again trying - and i have wasted 23 minutes again and no one is receiving - i need to reach mumbai tmrw any how - i need you help .a kader (9831167233)
