hi,
I am one of those unfortunate people to have booked in your airways. I had booked a ticket for Jan 4 2015 on Jan 02. BY mistake instead of Mr Sreyas Mahadevan, it was entered as Shreyas Mahadevan. TO ASK HOW CAN I RECTIFY
I HAD to go through hell. My pnr no is 02011525656
1) it took me 3 hrs to get a satisfactory reply. My telephone bill will be high . So i want Jet airways to refund my bill.
2) It is but human to make error. So when they are saying they cannot rectify the spelling is really pathetic. It shows how inconsiderate are u to your customer.
#) Is this the way of making money? When other airways are accommodating why can't u people do the same. Dont quote rules.If it was a VIP you would not have done the same. Just because I am an ordinary citizen I have to go through hell.
4) Now , i am convinced not to fly in your airways,
Pathetic.
I am sure I will not get any response from your pathetic airways, I will make sure to write in a ll social media just to save other innocent citizens,
