I, Dr. Siddhartha Shankar Layek, am working as Deputy Manager in National Dairy Development Board, Anand, Gujarat. Earlier I was staying in Delhi. During my transfer from Delhi to Anand, I gave my household goods and clothes to Best Cargo Packers and Movers, Plot No. 70, Near Najafgarh Road, Dwarka Sect. 26, New Delhi - 110061 for transporting from the office of Ruff India Private Limited, Mahipalpur to National Dairy Development Board, Anand on 26/07/2014.
During the transport, they have misplaced about 6 packages out of 19 and transported to Bangalore (As they mentioned). They have delivered the rest 13 items through a different vendor from Vadodara, Gujarat. I have paid the whole amount for transport as they have asked for (Rs. 11500.00).
Initially they told that they will return all the goods by 7 days but unfortunately already more than 4 months passed and we didnt receive anything. Now when I tried to call them, they are telling they dont know me and they didnt take any transport order from me. I have all the receipts of payment and list of items with me. It is now very difficult for me to go back to Delhi and do a FIR and get my items back. I lodged an email complaint to Delhi police (reference No.is 13079/E-mail dated 02/09/2014). I even paid the insurance money for the items.
I need help from you to retrieve back my goods. Please help me to get my things back.
