Complaint Details
I had booked a courier from Okhla Head, Delhi to Ludhiana, AWB No. 430380740. The courier was booked on 22nd Dec,14 but it has not been delivered till today. Despite repeated calls to the company's customer service centre, the matter has not been taken up seriously. The service is really very pathetic and I would advise people to refrain from choosing this courier service. Please help me.
