Complaint Details
Had booked a Business class ticket on Jetairways 4 months back, with confirmed seat numbers and on the return flight from Bangkok to Mumbai, was informed that Business class was over booked and I would be required to travel in Economy. There was no Indian staff of Jetairways in Bangkok and therefore I could not speak to anyone who would help me out. Had to fly economy class with a fully paid business class ticket.
