My order no. is 10829065 I made this purchase on 10th Dec 2014 under GOSF from rediff. Rediff charged me Rs.299/- for the same and its been almost a month and even after calling and writing to them they say 'apologies for the inconvenience we'll update you in 24hr' but since then neither I received any update nor the product.
