Dear Team,

I purchased a new Micromax A350 mobile (IMEI # 911357701655781) in Nov 2014 and within one month i got a problem with touch screen. Gave my phone to the service center in Hyderabad.Job sheet # S040358-1214-14177719.My screen issue has been resolved but now it is having lots of issues like mobile is getting over heat,back panel has not been fixed properly and moreover there is a blue mark coming in the screen due to some heating done in the back panel in order to remove the panel.I have raised this concern with the service center but they are not at all listening to the issue and said that nothing more can be done and I have to survive with the same.This is a ridiculous service I received from one of the reputed company like Micromax. They literally damaged my mobile with no reason.
I need a replacement for this mobile set as this is a newly brought mobile.

Hope to get a positive response at the earliest.
