HTC service center bhopal gave a quotation for repair on 1st november for repair of screen and told that the part will be ordered and will let us know when to deliver set. after a month on 6th december,2014 i delivered my set their and he didnt called for a part from dec to january the part was not available and he didnt called for the same and neither informed us. the toll free number of HTC dosent give any solution to the same and neither did the live chat did. they also didnt revert back emails i dropt them and now they are giving incentive to do the repair in half cost of what would have been incurred before . i suffered alot due to these 2 month of them keeping my cell with them, they are not at all shameful neither do they fix responsiblity of the same. they are continuously making trouble for anybody in there center i want to file a case against them and make them suffer the strict way possible for this mis happening with me. i want to sue them for this loss of time and patience cause to me .
