Dear Sir,

I have been using airtel mobile number : 9004993088 from mumbai when i was in mumbai. I had paid 3000 Rs security deposite for international roaming activation. before disconnecting my cell number i had requested for refund of the security deposite for the same but till date I have not received any security deposite refund. when I contact airtel I get response that it has been already adjusted, it has been sent in form of cheque to my company address which received by your company with seal, it will be transferred to my account by NEFT but there is nothing happening since last four months.
