Complaint Details
Today I have purchased 24.910 gms of gold chain in M/s Linga Pearls. They have charged Rs.27330.00 per 10 gms of 22kt gold making charges extra.

This company is running a scheme in which the customer has to pay a sum of money every month for 20 months. After prescribed period, the company did not return money, but the customer has compulsory purchase gold/silver with the company.

Taking this as advantage, the company is charging heavily and deceiving the customer.

I request you kindly to take necessary action so that the company should not run such schemes to deceive the customes.
