We have paid 1800rs for extended warranty when we purchased washing machine of simens from croma store located on link rd, malad west.

First complaint we made i year 2014 in month of august as machine was dead completely. Customer team said technician will call you in 3 days but no call recieved for another month and half. Then we went to store and personally complained to manager but no measures taken by anybody.so we got our machinr repaired from through paid repaired.

Second complaint we lodged on 2/01/2015 for damaged washing machine. Again they said technician will call you in 3 working days. Its 9th jan today still no call recieved and no tech camr yet. When i called them again, they said they are putting reminder again but i do not trust thua people at all.

They took 1800rs for extended warranty at the time of purchase but we are strugglling to get our service on time. Please look into matter asap as we are facing difficulties in washing cloths by hands. You can reach me on 8286376196. Thanks.
