Complaint Details
Placed an order number - OR-11977218 on 19th Dec for 6 cup cakes. They were delivered on time but the cupcakes were all upside down. the base of the cupcake and the icing was of terrible quality. the color of the icing stayed on the hand even after washing hands. Raised the complaint to FnP immediately, the response was an apology and replacement. Given the spurious quality of products, I asked for a refund, which was not given. Need refund with additional compensation for all the trouble caused.
