Complaint Details
In Dec 2011 I booked a FLAT in Amrapali hanging garden Sec-107, NOIDA UP & I was told that work will start in 3 months but nothing happened. At that time they took 15% amount in advance and no work started for several months. Every time I called them they ask to wait for 2-3 months. In 2013 they are said that due to management/legal issues in the project land they have no clue when work will start & they gave me option to switch to another project (Amrapali Kingswood - Noida Extension). Hence on trust basis I agreed and switched to the new project. But again situation is same. They have no project work on the site and just sitting on the money they have taken from buyers.

When I ask for refund they say its difficult because there is no money in co account and you have to wait.

I am now stuck as I did not get any house in last 3 years and also lost interest of the money I gave to them.

Please suggest next course of action to get refund and interest from Amrapali as I have lost trust on them now.
