Complaint Details
I wanted urgent last minute train booking from madgaon to mumbai on 3/1/2015 and approached an agent finding his name through just dial.com and paid advance amount of ₹ 1000.00 for the train ticket, even though this being too much more than the basic tatkal ticket cost agreed upon this being a season and time of high demand. But, the agent did not book tickets for me and informed me on the day of journey that he could not get tickets for me. I was counting on him and did not made any other arrangement for myself but he betrayed me at the very last minute and I had to travel in a general boggie in the croud and discomfort as I wanted to reach mumbai to resume my job and save my losses in job. And now when I am asking my money back, the agent is not ready to return my money back even after calling him several times for the past 5 days.
