Complaint Details
I, Ekta Gandhi have been cheated by Vacationsgateway.com people. They (Mr. Abhishek and Mr. Amit on 14 Oct 2014) offered me an accommodation package of stay in 3-5 star listed hotel for 4 days 5 nights for 4 persons, with one year validity with an exciting promotional gift (i.e. HCL Yme Tablet) totally free with this
package for limited period of time (Diwali offer) and due to which the information of gift could not be uploaded on the website. For confirmation of gift they called me from sales dept and promotion dept both and both depts confirmed the gift offer.

Finding the offer attractive (the free Tablet offer) and beneficial, I purchased the package on 14 Oct 2014 with order no SDL00028190 and VG No. VG6079 and they committed that the package and gift will reach me by 15 days. But after a month I received only the package voucher and no gift (for which I purchased the package) till today.

Now, its been more than 2 months, but still I haven';t received my gift. I continuously called their executive on (0120-6525855) and every time some new executive (Mr. Abhishek, Mr. Amit, Mr Vikram (Manager), Mr. Narayan, Mr. Ghanshayam, Mr. Raj Tripathi etc..etc..) picked the call and I have to tell them the whole issue repetitively. But till date they are cheating on me with different excuses like Technical defect in system, defect lot came of gifts and is replaced, problems in delivery service etc..etc.. firstly they promised me to deliver the gift by diwali i.e. 24th oct 14 then 16th Nov 14 ,then 30th Nov 14, then 15 Dec 14, then 20 Dec 14, but never fulfill the commitments. A lot of my money
also wasted in all these STD calls but all gone totally waste. Even I have mailed them manier times but no sense of that too.

And now after so much harassment with mental torture and pains, when finally I asked them to cancel the offer, your another executive says that there is no such gift offer and so nothing is remaining at their end, and Mr. Abhishek had been fired from the Company.

Now, they are not even picking my calls and no communication is either from their end.
I am totally pissed off and feeling deep sense of being cheated by your company people.

Kindly look into the matter at the earliest and do the needful to compensate my loss.
