Hi Team,

I have been given a credit note of 2% by Bricks & Mortar in Jan 2013 describing the I'll get the 1/3 payment after payment of 25% and rest after payment of 40%. The payment was done by Jul 2013 and from then onwards I am following up with them very positively and I am always getting the false commitments from them that the payment will be done soon. Now, it has been 1.5 years that I am not getting my payment. Payment is at one side. I am very much mentally harassed in this tenure of 1.5 years.

I request that please help me in getting my payment from the company asap. Also, a big fine should also be imposed on the company for mentally harassing the customer.
