Complaint Details
I Manasa.M assossiate to Indian money.com and my husband Nithan kumar urs has paid 8,500 rupees for 30 exclusive platinum leads through his credit card, on Jan 7. As we are not getting a proper feedback or respond from your Sale's Executive and Manager. And as we came to know from Account Manager yesterday that the details provided by the Sale's Team was incorrect and not relevant to the guideline and plan explained.
From two days the team is not answering to the call properly and they have not giving a call back properly.
So, I'm not getting a justification for the issue which I'm asking now.
I asked for 3 leads per day. But, they have provided 30 leads in 2days and they are giving updates that it has to be used within 6 days from the issue. which I have already mention that I need 3 leads per day specifically.
Now they are not responding and nor answering.
This is not only for me, their is few others who made them face this same issue.
Kindly please looking to this issue.
