I had placed an order with the Nextra team at Mayur vihar area in Delhi on the 10th of Dec'15. It has been 4 days today that I have been miscommunicated on the installation of the internet connection at my residence. On calling the customer care team I was told that they cannot give me the mail address of the CEO or the support team to raise a concern.
This is highly unprofessional that the sales executive Mr. Manoj with his mobile number as 9278535635 took an advance of 1100/- from me and had committed me for the installation of the connection within 48 hours time. They are not giving any clue as to when the connection can be installed neither they are refunding the amount taken in advance. Request support to get this resolved please!
